MAX MRJ offers services to help Providers and Clients to find, coordinate with each other. MAX MRJ's Privacy Notice ("Privacy Notice") explains the information we collect and how we use it to provide our services. This Privacy Notice and its policies apply to any users of www.maxmrj.com, including any web pages, mobile applications and mobile websites maintained and operated by MAX MRJ (collectively, the "Site"), including those who are seeking to promote their services through the Site (“Providers”) as well as those looking for a provider through MAX MRJ ("Clients"), and any users of any of the various services that MAX MRJ provides through the Site or any other channels, including over email and telephone (collectively, "Services"). Collectively, registered Providers, registered Clients, and those Site Visitors who do not register with the Site, are referred to herein as “Site User.”
For purposes of this Privacy Notice, the terms "MAX MRJ," "we,", "us," and "our" refer to MAX MRJ, Inc., dba MAX MRJ. "You" refers to you, as a visitor or user of the Site or the Services. Other capitalized terms that are not expressly defined in this Privacy Notice have the same meaning as set forth in our Terms and Conditions https://maxmrj.com/terms-and-conditions/.
By using the Site and/or the Services, you consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND PROCESS
We will only collect and process personal information where we have a lawful basis. Lawful basis includes where you have given consent, where processing is necessary for the delivery of Services offered through our Site and other “legitimate interests.” Where we rely on your consent to process personal information, you have the right to withdraw or decline your consent at any time and where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object.
The following are the categories of information we collect:
Information You Provide
All information you provide to us as a Site User when registering, posting a profile, Provider ratings or reviews, Client ratings or reviews, communicating through the Site, discussing options over the phone, utilizing our mobile applications or that you otherwise provide on the Site or by phone, email, postal mail or otherwise, will be stored by us. You represent and warrant to us that you have the right and authority to provide us all information you provide about yourself or others. You may provide us with information in various ways, including:
Registering as a Site User. When you register, we also collect certain information from you, including your first and last name, address, email address, and phone number.
Posting a Job. If you are a Client, we collect and store all of the additional information you provide to us on patient criteria needs. This may include, among other information:
- Type of providers that you are looking for, the schedule, location, hourly rate, home environment, requirements for a Provider (such as handle certain health conditions, languages, acceptable insurance plans)
- Pictures you choose to provide (optional)
- Health information (optional)
- Any other information you decide
Posting a Profile. If you are a Provider, we collect and store all of the additional information you provide in your profile. This may include, among other information:
- Details on your products and services that you offer, including, the type of care you provide, availability, location, languages spoken, medical conditions accepted, accepted insurance plans
- Rates, rooms, rents, assisted living services (if applicable)
- Other related services you are willing/able to provide
- Pictures you choose to provide
- Phone numbers
- Any other information you decide to include in your profile
By telephone. All Site Users may provide information to us when they contact us or utilize certain Services we may offer by telephone. For example, if you call us to discuss options, needs, or any rates over the phone, we will collect and store all of the information you chose to provide to us, including but not limited to financial information, information about your needs, health information about the person for whom services are needed, contact information, etc. If you provide information about someone other than yourself, you represent that you have authority to do so.
By email, postal mail, messaging, or chat. Certain Site Users may provide additional information on the Site through other features, platforms, and offerings such as online communication forums, groups, and payment platforms and our referral system. In some cases, Site Users may have the ability to provide us information through the Site, such as contact information, reviews of other Site Users, or questions about our offered Services. In addition, both Site Users may choose to provide information by phone, email, postal mail, messaging, or chat. We collect and store all of the information you provide us through these channels. Moreover, if you provide information about someone other than yourself through any of these channels, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
Information Provided by Others
Other parties may also provide us with information about you in various ways, including:
By Site Visitors, Registered Users, and others. We also collect information Site Users and others provide about one another. Additionally, certain Site Users may post reviews about individual Providers. Site Users and others may provide information about other Site Users through the Site, by phone, email, or US mail. We capture and store all received information from Site Users, and others about other Site Users.
By third parties to verify information and representations. To promote the integrity of the Site and Service, as well as the safety of Site Users, you authorize us, as provided in the Terms and Conditions, to utilize on an on-going basis third-party service providers to check your information against a variety of sources, which may include, but are not limited to, national criminal databases, sex offender registries, certain media streams, terrorist watch lists, criminal and fugitive watch lists, fraud watch lists, law enforcement reports, and other data to assist us in verifying the information you provide (e.g., your name, address, email address, etc.) and the representations and warranties you make in the Terms of Use and on the Site (such as representations regarding your criminal background) ("Preliminary Registry Screens"). The results of any Preliminary Registry Screens will be made available to MAX MRJ.
By other sources. In addition, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as demographic information and other data to enable us to comply with regulatory requirements, ensure the accuracy of data, prevent fraud, etc. We may combine information that we collect from you with information about you from such other sources and use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information you expressly authorize us to collect. From time to time we may request permission to collect certain information from or about you. For example, we may ask to collect information regarding your driving record and insurance. If you grant your permission, we will access and/or store such information.
Automatically Collected Data
Some forms of personal information about you are collected automatically when you visit the Site, including.
Meta-Data: Log files, IP addresses and information about your computer and mobile device.
When you visit the Site, we receive the internet protocol ("IP") address of your computer (or the proxy server you use to access the internet), your computer operating system, the type of web browser you are using, and browser language. We may correlate this information with other information we have about you. We may also automatically collect information related to the ways in which you interact with the Site and the Services, such as referring and exit pages, URLs, platform type, the number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages and content viewed (including ads viewed) and the order of such views, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time you use the Services, error logs, and other similar information.
We may collect and record how often you use the Platform and for how long, your device type, unique identifiers, operating system type & version, battery usage, the third-party web pages or applications you visit or use or interact with via the Platform, information that you viewed on our Site, advertisements that are shown to you or that you view or click on, the fact that you used the Services to communicate with other users and the fact that you used third parties application/services via MAX MRJ to communicate with third parties, and the duration of such communications, the Internet Protocol (IP) address and the name of the domain that serves you to access the Services and the geographic location of the device that you are using to log in and use the Platform on.
We also collect information about the interaction of your devices with our Site, including, crash reports, system activity, and the date, time, and referrer URL of your request.
Cookies. We, and third parties we allow, use cookies and other similar technologies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that uniquely identify your device and which a website can transfer to a consumer’s hard drive to keep records of the consumer’s visit to a website. We, or third parties, may use session cookies or persistent cookies. Session cookies only last for the specific duration of your visit and are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device’s memory until you delete them or they expire. Different cookies are used to perform different functions, which we explain below:
Essential. Some cookies are essential in order to enable you to move around our website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of our website. Without these cookies, we cannot enable appropriate content based on the type of device you are using.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to measure how you interact with our website and to improve your user experience. Targeted Advertising. We use cookies to compile information on our users’ interactions with our website. We use this information to serve ads to you off of our website.

You can control the use of cookies at the browser level, by instructing your browser to accept cookies, disable cookies, or notify you when receiving a new cookie. Please note that if you reject cookies, you may still use our website, but your ability to use some features or areas of our website may be limited. Social media features and widgets. Our Site includes social media features and widgets, such as the Facebook "Like" button and the Facebook "Share" button. These features may collect your IP address, the URL of the page you are visiting on our Site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
The information we collect from Site Users is used to provide Services through our Site, which includes listing Provider information for Clients to utilize, coordinating Clients with Providers, the processing of payment information, and providing servicing confirmations and other order-related communication. In addition, we’ll use information from your visit to our Site to improve and optimize the Site User experience, to screen for potential risk and fraud, to provide the most relevant advertisements and email communications to you, and to assess the success of our current marketing and advertising campaigns.
YOUR CONSENT & RIGHTS; UPDATING OR CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
Through your access to our Site and provision of personal information as described herein, you have provided your consent for our use and collection of your information. ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS / THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Site utilizes Stripe as our third-party electronic payment facilitator, to enable the payment from Clients and Providers for credit cards or debit cards. They store your payment information on a secure server behind a firewall. The information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your transaction. Once complete, your transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. When you click on links on our Site, they may direct you away from our Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements. Once you leave our Site or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Notice or our Terms of Conditions.
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, customers living in the State of California can request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell, trade, rent or disclose your personal information to third parties, except as provided herein:
(a) We will disclose personal information (i) if it is required by law enforcement or judicial authorities, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation; (ii) if we have a good faith belief that we are required or permitted to do so by law or legal process; (iii) to protect our rights, reputation, property, or the safety of us or others; (iv) to defend or enforce our rights or your obligations; (v) if the disclosure is required by mandatory professional standards; (vi) to a third party with your prior consent; (vii) if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal information in order to enforce or apply any contracts or agreements that may exist between you and us, including this Privacy Notice and our Terms of Conditions found on our Site; and/or (viii) if we are required to exchange information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
(b) We obtain support through third-party service providers to maintain our Site, offer our referral services for sale, process customer orders, and deliver products. For example, we must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment for Provider services referred through our Site.
(c) In the event we sell our stock or assets to an acquiring entity or merges with another entity, we reserve the right to provide your personal information to the acquiring or surviving entity.
DATA SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet that are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information exchanged between you and us through our Site cannot be guaranteed and we shall have no liability to you or any third party for loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration of such information; and (c) any such information may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party.
In the unlikely event we believe the security of your personal information in our control may have been compromised, we will try to notify you. To the extent you have provided us with your email address, we may notify you by email and you agree to our use of email as a means of such notification. If you prefer for us to use another method to notify you in this situation, please contact us using the information contained in the section above, with the alternative contact information you wish to be used.
DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURES
Some websites have “do not track” features that allow users to instruct a website not to track them. These features are not all uniform. We do not currently respond to those signals; however, our marketing partners may be members of the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Alliance, which have agreed to honor consumers’ opt-out preferences submitted through those organizations’ websites. We are not a site targeted at children or those under the age of 18.
